Welcome to Naike Nepal. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
  • To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit of 20% of the total trip cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or cash at our Kathmandu office.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • The following cancellation fees apply:
    • 30 days or more before departure – Full refund minus service charges
    • 15–29 days before departure – 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days before departure – No refund
  • No refund will be made for unused services or last-minute cancellations during the trip.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Naike Nepal reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, natural disasters, or other safety concerns.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative itinerary or reschedule the trip without additional charges, when possible.

4. Travel Insurance

All trekkers and travelers are required to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, accidents, and trip cancellations. Proof of insurance may be requested before trip departure.

5. Health & Fitness

Participants must ensure they are in good physical condition suitable for trekking in mountainous regions.
Naike Nepal reserves the right to refuse participation if a traveler is found medically unfit or poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trekking and adventure activities in Nepal involve inherent risks including altitude sickness, weather changes, and rough terrain.
By booking with Naike Nepal, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility. Our guides are trained to manage emergencies, but travelers must follow all safety instructions.

7. Passport & Visa

Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa, and travel documents are valid and in order. Naike Nepal is not liable for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Personal Belongings

Naike Nepal is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or valuables during the trip. We recommend carrying essential items and keeping valuables secure at all times.

9. Conduct & Respect

We promote responsible travel. Travelers are expected to:

  • Respect local customs, traditions, and the environment.
  • Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
  • Avoid any behavior that could harm local communities or nature.

Naike Nepal reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in case of misconduct or violation of local laws.

10. Liability

Naike Nepal acts as a tour operator and service coordinator, working with third-party hotels, airlines, and transport providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal details collected during booking are used only for travel arrangements and will not be shared with unauthorised parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising will be settled in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
