To book a holiday trip with Naike Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd., please review and adhere to the following guidelines.
To begin your booking, visit naikenepal.com, select your desired trip, complete the booking form on the Plan Your Trip page, and submit your request.
Payment Policy For Nepal trips, a minimum of 40% of the total trip cost is required as a down payment, at least 25 days before the departure date. The remaining balance is to be settled in cash upon your arrival in Kathmandu. For trips to Bhutan and Tibet, full payment must be received at least one month before the departure date.
Postponement, Cancellation, and Refund Policy: If you wish to postpone your booked trip, a fee of USD 100 will be charged, and the remaining balance will be applied toward your rescheduled trip.
For trip cancellations, the down payment made at the time of booking will serve as the cancellation fee and is non-refundable. If the amount paid exceeds 25% of the total trip cost, the excess portion will be refunded to your bank account via wire transfer. In cases where cancellation is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule your tour to an alternative date.
All requests for cancellation, postponement, or refunds must be submitted in writing to our official email address at info@naikenepal.com at least two weeks before the departure date.
Change of Cost and Pricing: All tour prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
However, once your booking has been confirmed and your down payment received, your trip price is guaranteed, unless affected by significant currency exchange rate shifts, newly imposed government taxes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Methods: Payments may be made via cash, credit card, debit card, or wire transfer. Please note that card payments and wire transfers are subject to applicable processing fees.
Following submission of your booking request, our banking details will be shared with you via email. Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of the required down payment.

Acknowledgment of Potential Risks Naike Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring that every journey is conducted safely and without incident. However, certain health or safety risks may arise that are beyond our control. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for such potential risks.
All participants are expected to follow the tour leader’s instructions at all times and comply with local laws and regulations. Failure to comply or any involvement in illegal or potentially dangerous activities will result in the immediate termination of your tour without refund.
Liability Naike Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any accidents, illness, loss, itinerary changes, or other unforeseen events caused by circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any additional costs arising from adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government-imposed regulations.
As our operations involve coordination with third-party service providers for accommodation, transportation, and other services, we will always endeavor to select the best available options. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of these providers.
In the event of a health or safety concern during a tour, the tour leader reserves the right to modify the itinerary or route as deemed necessary for the safety of all participants.
Travel Insurance Naike Nepal Trek Pvt. Ltd. will provide the necessary insurance coverage for all Nepali tour leaders and porters. However, clients are required to submit proof of valid personal travel insurance before the commencement of any trip.
For trekking or mountaineering trips in regions above 2,500 meters altitude, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000, including medical treatment and emergency rescue/evacuation. Any medical or emergency costs not covered by insurance will be the sole responsibility of the client.
